I just left the office meeting the predictions are that prices and rates will continue to rise for the next 6 months in Downtown San Diego and then stabilize for another 2 years.  Although there are a limited number of short sales coming on board we are getting about 3 per month.  We usually have them about 10 days prior to MLS submission.  Let me know if you have interest and I will get you the list.
With regard to The Pinnacle, we have lived here for 5 years now and just love it.  The HOA litigation issues are close to settlement and once that is complete low down financing will again become available.  Most of the units have the higher ceilings, floor to ceiling windows, double ovens, marble floors, fireplaces and large decks.  Did you know that there is a guest suite, movie room, salt water pool  and guest parking now?  I have all of the floor plans and availability.  We have a great 1 bedroom coming on board next month.  Contact me anytime at marshashepard@prusd.com

The County Administration Center parking lots will be turned into 8 acres of parkland, including this shallow wading pool. Completion is projected for the summer of 2013.

A series of landscaped “rooms” suitable for private parties and informal gatherings and picnics will be walking distance across from The Grande, Breeza, Electra and Bayside Condos  See what's available for sale.  The centerpiece will be two shallow pools running the length of the west front of the county building, where visitors can dip their toes into the three-quarter-inch-deep water.
