A series of landscaped “rooms” suitable for private parties and informal gatherings and picnics will be walking distance across from The Grande, Breeza, Electra and Bayside Condos See what's available for sale. The centerpiece will be two shallow pools running the length of the west front of the county building, where visitors can dip their toes into the three-quarter-inch-deep water. The water will come from the air conditioning chillers at the building.
The park is projected for completion in the fall of 2013, about the time the $29.6 million first phase of the North Embarcadero Visionary Plan is finished at the west end of Broadway and between B Street and Navy piers.
